Two recipes from me.

Appetizer:

Confetti Pinwheels - from www.Pillsbury.com
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/4 cup nacho cheese dip
1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (1/3 medium)
1/3 cup chopped green onions (5 medium)

Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Spread cheese dip over each rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges. Sprinkle with bell pepper and onions. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices; place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

Dessert:

Oreo Truffles
1 pkg. oreos, finely crushed.
1 8 0z. pkg. cream cheese
20 oz. white chocolate, melted
5 oz. milk chocolate, melted

Mix together crushed oreos and cream cheese until well blended. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Freeze about 15 minutes or until hard. Dip balls into melted white chocolate until completely covered. Drizzle with milk chocolate. Freeze until hard.

Oooo...those oreo balls are great! I made them once and dipped them in melted almond bark - just regular chocolate. They are really easy and super rich! (which translates to yummy in my book). I recommend making the balls small though...they are REALLY rich.

Yes, they are really rich. Not necessarily wise to eat more than one at a time ;). And Elka, I just happened to have my pictures of these from other blog posts :). And I do like pictures with my recipes in general, so I thought I would add them for other people :). But I don't expect everyone to be as weird as I am and take pictures of their food!
