2-3 large cans sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
topping:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
mix together and sprinkle over top of casserole.
bake 350 degrees
30-45 minutes.
