Yeah, I think most of it will involve eating. If we can get my mother to hurry up and post the arroz con pollo and the canal zone empanadas up here, you have some of the recipes! I don't know how involved Panama Night needs to be, so just do whatever you think is fun, and I know it'll be great :). Let me know if you need any help with anything!
